Abstract

We all want easy, automated, stress-free releases of our micro services. Most of us have CI and CD pipelines in place, but we still have outages. Why? The kind of testing that happens in CI can only tell us so much about the quality of the release. The new version then goes to CD which puts it in front of customers, ready or not. But there’s a better way, releasing more gradually to get more confidence and minimise risks. Sound good? In this talk Matt will show how cloud-native tech and GitOps techniques can make this a reality today.
